Payment methods
- Cash on delivery (COD): Pay when the product reaches your hands. Available across Bangladesh.
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: We give you the number when we confirm your order.
How the order process works
- Place your order on the website or message us on our page.
- We confirm the order by phone or message.
- Once confirmed, the parcel goes to the courier.
- Take delivery of the product when the delivery man calls.
Important notes
- You must open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery man.
- Delivery may be closed on Fridays and government holidays.
- If you want to change your address after the order is confirmed, tell us quickly.
- If we call three times and cannot reach you, the order is treated as cancelled.
