Return policy

Every product at Maniacs Man is a sealed cosmetic and personal care product. To protect health and hygiene, no product is accepted for return after delivery.

So where is your protection

You get to open the parcel and check it in front of the delivery man. That is our guarantee.

Before you pay for the product in your hands, check it yourself:

Whether the product is the one you ordered
Whether the seal is intact
Whether the bottle or tube is broken or leaking
Whether the expiry date is fine
Whether the quantity and size are correct

If you find any problem at that moment, do not accept the parcel. Hand it back to the delivery man and tell us right away. We will send a replacement product or refund the full amount.

When you get a replacement

If the wrong product was sent
If the product is broken or leaking inside the parcel
If an expired product was sent
If the seal was already open

Condition: These problems must be reported in front of the delivery man, and the parcel must not be accepted.

When you do not get a return or refund

If you accept the product and report a problem after going home
After the seal has been opened and the product used
Simply because you did not like it
Because the result was not what you hoped for (results from cosmetic products vary from person to person)
If you get an allergic reaction on your skin or scalp (this is exactly why we ask you to patch test first)

Counterfeit product guarantee

We sell only 100% original imported products. If any product is proven counterfeit, the full amount will be refunded.

How long a refund takes

Once a refund is approved, the money is returned within 3-7 working days through bKash / Nagad or bank. The delivery charge is not refundable. If the mistake is ours, you get the full amount back.
